Returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories included, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Items damaged by human error, mishandled, disassembled or modified, or that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a return.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact customer service to submit a return request, providing your order number and reason for return;
Wait for review and obtain return authorization information;
